Our Story
Dedicated Logistics Partner began in July 2017 with only 10 trucks. Over 5 years later, we have grown vastly operating over 91 straight trucks 20 tractors and 37 trailers across the DLP network. We span over 5 operating terminals and provide timely deliveries in more than 15 states every night. At DLP, we are committed to providing incomparable service, exceeding every customer’s expectation and going that extra mile for our people and their safety.
Our mission at Dedicated Logistics Partners is simple: To provide excellent service to our valued customers while prioritizing safety. We ship and deliver freight across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States daily meeting our goals in a safe and timely manner.

Chris Barnard
President
Chris is the Owner and President of DLP. The company opened their first operation in Allentown, PA in 2017 and has expanded into 5 locations throughout the Northeast. Chris started his career with Airborne Express in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1992 and his journey brought him to lead operations in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and West Coast.
Kelcy Fischer
Recruiter
Kelcy is the point of contact for all hiring needs. She conducts recruitment activities and manages the hiring process as we onboard and welcome new hires to the DLP team. Kelcy has a background in recruiting and social media.
Al-tariq stewart
Area Ops Manager
Al-Tariq is a highly driven, dedicated, and proven leader with over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry and military service. As the Area Ops Manager, he overlooks all terminal locations while cooperating with terminal managers in order to create an efficient work environment.
Samra Smajic
Vice President
Samra holds the position of Vice President of DLP. She oversees all aspects of finance, operations, fleet and human resources. Previously Samra held the position of Finance Manager at DLP. She has spent her career in the financial sector and brings a wealth of knowledge to her position.
Rebecca Lowe Choa Lee
HR & Finance Admin
Rebecca supports our Finance department and company operations. She performs accounting functions as well as assists with onboarding activities. Rebecca has an extensive background in operations and business analysis.
Jennifer Cruz
Bookkeeper
Jennifer is a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is skilled in the intricacies of finance and accounting practices. She has knowledge in financial reporting and analysis. Jennifer has a substantial background in business and finance as well as 5 years of Quickbooks experience.
